Trellix will complete scheduled maintenance on Events service for US-West III (USW003) partition on 09, December, 2023, from 6.45 AM to 8.30 AM UTC.

During this maintenance, event processing for the following services will be delayed:
- ePO SaaS Events (Threat Events, DLP Incidents, DLP Web Proxy, FRP)
- ePO SaaS Automatic responses
- FRP new removal media initialization and recovery key requests

These services will not be available:
- APIs
- TIE reputation change

During this maintenance, managed endpoints will continue to be protected and the ePO - SaaS console will be accessible.
