Trellix will complete scheduled maintenance on Events service for AP-South (IND001) partition on 01, December, 2023, from 5.00 PM to 7.00 PM UTC.
During this maintenance, event processing for the following services will be delayed:
- ePO SaaS threat events
- ePO SaaS Automatic responses
- FRP new removal media initialization and recovery key requests

These services will not be available:
- APIs
- TIE reputation change

During this maintenance, managed endpoints will continue to be protected and the ePO - SaaS console will be accessible.
